I. Generalități

If You disagree with the final decision of the Company in respect of Your claim and/or complaint and would like to dispute it, then (a) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its Maltese online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Malta Gaming Authority at support.mga@mga.org.mt; (b) inasmuch as it relates to any acts of the Company under its Gambling Commission online gambling licence, You may bring Your claim and/or dispute following the receipt of the Company's final decision to the Independent de serviciu de pariuri Adjudecare.
